This policy covers fybroo.com, the website of the Fybroo platform. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Fybroo is a product of Metamorph (metamorph.one), the data controller for this website. Websites of properties built with Fybroo have their own privacy policies, published by each property owner.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, an optional link to your listing, and your message. This website uses only a technical session cookie (security), which requires no consent, and anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics that respect the Do Not Track signal. No third-party trackers or advertising scripts.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your proposal — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For up to 24 months after our last exchange, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU data centres) and our email provider process this data on our behalf. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
